45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Water is always fresh and bottle easy to clean with a bottle brush.
ordered this for my son for kindy and it’s simple for him to use (not too hard for him to suck) and has lasted well this last year. I love that you can buy replacement lids too for when they invariably lose them.
i bought this water bottle for my toddler in the hopes that it would last him many years. So far so good. It is a great size and easy for him to carry. At this stage, it is still too hard for him to open by himself but given that it is not a toddler bottle that is probably a good thing. I look forward to having this for many years.
Love this bottle, it's the perfect size to fit in the water bottle holder on our planetbox rover bags and holds just the right amount of water for lunch. The wide mouth also means that it's easy to pop ice cubes in to keep the water nice and cool until lunch time. While the lid is only leak resistant, we've never had any issues and I feel more than comfortable sending this in a school bag.
