45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Bought this bottle from my daughter years ago still going strong. Now it’s to small for her at school I use it to take some ice tea to work.
I bought this for my toddler a couple of years ago so it's been literally thrown around a lot. Then I pinched it from her because it's also the perfect size water bottle for my handbag, you just have to make sure the sports lid is closed properly because it can leak a bit if it's not fully closed.
I love the size, perfect for bringing a glassful of water on my commute. The lid it comes with leaks a bit - would have preferred an ordinary screw-cap lid (but I think you can buy it separately). Really good purchase.
This is a really good size for my 5 year old. We've had it for 2.5 years and it's still going strong. Highly recommend it. Great value!
Easy to clean and to hold! Make sure that they are properly closed otherwise it can leak.
