45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

I love that these have replacement lids. My toddler is still getting used to the weight of it, but it's sturdy and doesn't leak. Yay!
So happy with this drink bottle, our 1 year old took it upon herself to learn how to use it and though there is no easy straw like the ones her cousin has, she wasn’t bothered in the slightest and persisted. 18 months later and it’s still going strong (with a few scratches for character), she even sleeps with it sometimes and no leaks. The toddlers around her are on to their 3rd plastic drink bottle with straws - therefore well worth it from a financial point of view. Environmentally it’s a no brainer.
This summer has also proven remarkably hot but the liquids stay cool at least as long as popular adult branded drink bottles. They’re heavy, they bang around, they scratch easy, but they are indestructible easy to clean and keep your drink cold. What more do you want from a drink bottle.
These bottles are a great size to fit in kids lunch bags. The picture is still in really great condition months after going through the dishwasher multiple times.
