the brand story:

Pixie Nut & Co. first began in 2016 with a range of recycled greeting cards, and has since expanded into a beautiful collection of Australian-inspired accessories and clothing. Designer Philippa works from home in an off-grid community in Northern NSW, surrounded by subtropical rainforests.

"I’m originally from Perth where I draw much of my inspiration. Western Australian is so beautiful, I went up and down the coast a lot as a kid. I’m also inspired by my current surrounds in the Northern Rivers and all the amazing bird life here and various road trips around the country, especially the red center. I'd always wanted to be an illustrator or fashion designer so it’s really cool that I've ended up doing something in-between where I can explore both dreams. I studied a diploma of fashion design and technology and an advanced diploma of set and costume design at WAAPA." Pixie Nut & Co. Designer and Founder, Philippa Nilant.

In the interest of hygiene, we have a strict no-returns or exchanges policy on any pierced jewellery (including earrings) and hair accessories, unless the item exhibits a genuine fault.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed by 1pm AEST are sent same day.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.

Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.

Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.
