    Comment : We use this to help our daughter relax and go to sleep at night. You only need to use a tiny amount each time. It works a treat, and I often find myself drifting off as well!

    Comment : We use this for bedtime every night. The fragrance is divine. It's calming aroma prepares my toddler for bed and helps her to wind down after a busy day. She still wakes a few times during the night, but she drifts back to sleep a little easier.
