Eden Seeds - Oregon Snowpea. One packet of Oregon Snowpeas (Pisum Sativum var. Macrocarpon) seeds. They are flat edible pods to 10cm, and are great in salads or cooked. Sweet winter vegetable. Originating from the Near East. One of the earliest of European vegetables, used originally as dried pea, then by the Romans as green peas. Packaged in 100% recycled paper.

Eden Seeds is a seed distribution company located in Queensland's Gold Coast Hinterland. Eden seeds are traditional open pollinated non-hybrid varieties and have no chemical treatment, and no genetic engineering. 

features:

  • A bush type growing to 70cm, with or without stakes, heavy bearing, and naturally disease resistant. 
  • Grows on wide variety of soils. Declines if waterlogged. Even bush varieties benefit from support, try pushing twigs into the rows.
  • Keeps well in the fridge for weeks, can be frozen.
  • Sow late summer to autumn, spring in cooler areas. 
  • Approx. 145 seeds.
  • Plant spacing 5-10cm.
  • Row space 40-60cm.
  • Sowing depth 2-3cm.
  • Best soil temp 8-24°C.
  • Average days to maturity 60-68. 
  • When to plant in Australia; Tropics: Mar-Jun, Subtropic: Mar-Jul, Mild: Feb-Sep, Cold/Frost: Jan-Oct.

Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. 

Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.

Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.
