45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Best dog shampoo!

I have a 7 yr old schnauzer with sensitive skin. I searched for years to find a product like this and spent way too much money on oatmeal shampoos and medicated shampoos etc. All other shampoos also left my hands dry and itchy. This shampoo leaves my hands feeling normal and clean, and the dog is much happier too! You only need a little to go a long way...going to place another order now after the first bar has lasted me about 1 year of almost weekly washing. I recommend this to anyone I can!!

The dog likes it!

Good soap, lathers well, nice smell. Dog even licks it, but she's a bit odd. Dog's a kelpie cross and it's good on her short hair.

No complaints from either of us.

I've been using this soap on my puppy for the last few months. I wanted something natural and non-toxic - something that I felt comfortable getting on my own skin at bath time, and something that wouldn't hurt him if he licked it or drank some bath water. Given he loves to get muddy and dirty we've had to give him quite a few baths - the soap has lasted well, dries out nicely between uses and hasn't irritated his skin at all. Highly recommended.
