This soap could be a great product. Unfortunately, its not quite there yet. Its watery consistency means you often have to use twice or three times as much to get an appropriate coverage on items. And if using in a dish sponge with a detergent handle, the product simply leaks out in a short space of time. It certainly has an appealing sent, and I'd like to try it again if, for example, a thickening agent was used.

Unfortunately the first product purchased from here I haven’t liked

There may be many reasons for this product not working, water quality (hard water) may be one of them, however, this product did not remove anything oily from my dishes, I only cook with coconut oil or organic olive oil and it didn’t matter how hot I made the water or at what stage I added the product the oil just floated on top of the water coating everything in the sink.
I did love the scent and I even came to terms with the no suds deal but overall I found the product to be unsuccessful.
I do purchase an alternate organic dishwashing product anyway, so I have just added a little of this product to my bottle so as not to waste it, however would not purchase again,
But given all the products I have purchased and this being the only fail, then that is pretty good odds.
