Face mask, cleanse, or exfoliate by mixing with an oil, castile soap or hydrosol that suits your skin's needs, or keep it simple with water.

Compare the value of our 170g of high quality, mineral and plant-rich ingredients with other facial clays that may just be 40g of a single clay, such as pink clay.

Purple clay is high in magnesium which promotes healthy skin cells and helps prevent your skin from absorbing environmental contaminants. Brazilian clays are said to have the highest mineral potential in the world thanks to the rich environmental conditions they were formed in such as copper, selenium, zinc and manganese.

Hibiscus flower powder assists with a fresh, smoother looking complexion due to the natural acids that break down dead skin and increase cell turnover.

Super fine pumice powder provides a gentle exfoliation for the face.

*Responsible zero waste beauty packaging

Biome is leading the way in how we can make skin care as sustainable as possible. Many people do not realise that most plastic tubes and containers used for skin care, hair care, cosmetics and toothpaste can not be recycled through household recycling bins, thus most are thrown into rubbish. Zero waste means sending nothing to landfill, so we have packaged our skin care in glass bottles that you can re-use for many purposes, including refilling from our bulk ingredients at Biome's in-store Naked Beauty Bar.  (Note: Biome does offer Terracycle's beauty plastic packaging recycling program in our stores.)

Messy Mask

This product is great, but sooooo very messy. The first time i used it, i just used it over the sink, which was a big mistake - it is really messy. The second time i got smarter and used it in the shower. Althought better, it made the shower much harder to clean as it just goes everywhere and it is certainly purple - so be warned if you have white bath towels! Use caution and set your bathroom up in advance for this treatment.
