Sofia's Dream

A poetic story of an ethereal friendship between a young girl and the moon. Through delightful rhyming text and endearing illustrations, children learn to appreciate the Earth as our most precious gift and resource. Inspired by the author's interviews with three Apollo astronauts, about how viewing Earth from space affected their sense of responsibility for the health of our planet.

Beautiful book

I bought this for our daughter based on another review on this website. It is an absolutely beautiful book, easy to read. Great to get our little ones thinking about the environment.

Love it!

Beautifully written & illustrated (it actually brings tears to my eyes when I read it to my girls). Every home should have this book. I am going to buy more copies as gifts & will donate a copy to our school library.
