Snow White Oyster: 10°C to 24°C Fruiting Temperature; This White Oyster mushroom has an amazingly bright white appearance. Forming large white caps, this savoury oyster mushroom is a fantastic protein swap in meaty dishes.
Warm White Oyster: 10°C to 35°C Fruiting Temperature; This White Oyster mushroom will be lighter in colour when grown at a warm temperature and a darker colour when grown at a cooler temperature. Forming dense bunches, this mushroom is an all rounder.
Blue Oyster: 10°C to 24°C Fruiting Temperature; The Blue Oyster mushroom is great for cooler temperatures with young fruit forming vivid blue dense bunches. Forming grey blue caps, this oyster mushroom stores very well once picked in the fridge.
Pink Oyster: 18°C to 35°C Fruiting Temperature; Pink Oysters are deliciously juicy and sweet. This tropical mushroom species is great roasted on a pizza or tossed through a pasta. Forming tight clusters of blushing pink mushrooms, this variety will add some colour to your kitchen.

Organic substrate; certified organic sugarcane mulch and Australian hardwood pellets.
Organic nutrients; certified organic wheat bran.
Mushroom spawn; choose from a variety of oyster mushrooms.
Gloves; landfill biodegradable gloves.
pH booster; for pasteurisation.
Alcohol wipes; for sanitation.
Spray bottle; for creating humidity.
2.3L plastic bucket.

directions:

You will need some additional items like a mixing bowl and a standard bucket.
Spawn to be redeemed seperately.
Prepare the soaking mixture and hydrate the substrate in the bucket.
After two hours, drain the bucket and squeeze the substrate.
Add the nutrients and mushroom spawn and give it a good mix.
Return the substrate mixture to the bucket and pack down tightly.
After 10-14 days baby mushrooms will emerge. Mist with water regularly
Your mushrooms will double in size every day. Harvest and enjoy!

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed by 12noon AEST are sent same day.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.
