Good bottle Not Happy With The Lid

I like everything that this bottle represents but not happy with the way lid open/close is restricted by the silicon belt that holds the lid. The cap twists itself off/on because the silicon that connects the bottle to the cap sticks the metal cap. This makes my water drinking process quite frustrating. I have to use two hands to hold the strap up and twist with the other hand. Quite frustrating for the price of the bottle. I expected that these things would be tested prior to launching products. Not sure if it is just my bottle.

I don't recommend the product if you prefer a fiddle free drinking experience.

Biome is still awesome and I fully support you. Please test this product if you can.

Love it!!

I've been using this for a couple of months when I go to uni. I have a couple of other glass/metal water bottles, but this is my favourite.

Pros:
-the cap doesn't get lost because it is attached to the body of the bottle.
- it doesn't leak
- it can be washed in the dishwasher
- it is strong. I tripped over one day and fell heavily on my bag. My laptop was bent, my sunglasses were broken, but this water bottle was perfectly fine.

Cons:
- it's heavier than some of the light weight metal or plastic ones
- there is a silicone ring inside the top of the cap to stop leaks which sometimes comes out in the dishwasher. I forgot to put it back in one day and the bottle leaked - so make sure you don't lose it!

Overall, a very good product.
