COVID-Safe in Stores

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us with your purchases and kindness. It has been a tremendous help.

Please follow these hygiene measures:

• Please stay home if unwell.
• Hand sanitiser: as you enter and before touching any products.
• Distance: Keep 1.5 metres distance from all other people in store.
  
• Payment: Card preferred.
  
• Limited number of customers in store: Please wait outside if necessary.
• Testers: Please hand sanitise before touching, and only use the cotton buds supplied to touch the product. Fingers, face or other skin must not come into contact with the contents of the tester.

The containers must be spotlessly clean and given to our team to fill for you. Please do not serve yourself.

All containers must be cleaned out and separated into the various types of product, especially all toothbrushes and toothpaste in one bag, and all beauty/cosmetics packaging in another. Our team are not able to touch the items. Please do not bring in any PET plastic bottles such as shampoo or liquid soap, as these can be placed in your household recycling bin.

Closest parking is under King George Square. Car park on Wickham Terrace has the cheapest rates during the week (enter off Turbot or Creek Streets). Many city car parks have cheaper flat rate after 4pm and on weekends.
