For our online customers, the Biome team is working fast while keeping each other safe at work.  We are back to normal despatch times. However, Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver.

Express orders placed by 10am: shipped same day (unless we are out of stock).

Standard orders: 1 to 2 working days to leave our warehouse.

Delivery to your door

Australia Post has delays in delivery, plus their scan and track systems are not operating as normal so you may not receive fully up to date tracking on your order.  Read the latest from Australia Post here

Our stores are open - here's what you need to know!

Except for our Brisbane CBD store, all stores remain open.  Some opening times have changed, so please check times here before visiting.

Please observe these safety measures:

  • Hand sanitiser: Use hand sanitiser on entry.
  • Keep your distance: 1.5 metres from our team and all other customers in store.
  • Number of people in store:  Maximum of 4 or 5 people in store and wait outside if necessary.
  • Minimise touching: avoid touching unless you are buying the item. Our team will assist you.
  • Payment: Card only, no cash
  • Testers: No testers or samples are available.
  • BYO shopping bag: And pack your own items.
  • Not accepting any recycling in store until we are all through this.

Beauty Bar Bulk Refills - NO BYO containers.

To help stop the spread of germs and keep you all safe, we can no longer accept your own containers for refilling.  Dry goods we can give you in a paper bag, and liquids will need to be in a jar purchased from us. We are giving a 20% discount on any bottle or jar purchased to be filled in store.

Message from Tracey ~ Stronger together

As for so many other businesses, it has been very challenging to work out how to keep Biome viable and our people employed, particularly as our stores have greatly reduced sales.

We are finding a way through this and are deeply grateful for your kindness and support. 

Our mission is to keep our team and customers safe, help stop the spread, and to support our local community, suppliers and economy by continuing to operate.

Customers are still visiting our stores to pick up their eco-friendly essentials such as natural face, body and hair care, toxin free cleaning products, hand sanitiser, gardening and composting supplies and seeds, DIY and make-at-home tools and ingredients, vegan food, and sustainable living and self-sufficiency books and resources.

This disaster is distressing for everyone affected and we send you our heartfelt wishes.  A positive we see is the re-connection with the basics, slowing down, conserving precious resources, and fostering greater self-sufficiency at home.

We hope you can take some time amongst the upheaval to care for yourself, look after your skin and hair, your inner health, exercise, play games, garden, and learn a new skill or craft.  Feeling less stressed and caring for your mind and body will boost your defences.
