The Redecker company is one of the last producers of hand-crafted brushes in Germany. With traditional hand threading being increasingly replaced by machines there are very few people worldwide who have mastered the intricacies of this craft. However, Redecker's son continues to pass on his knowledge to anyone interested, and – of course – to those who work in the Redecker brush factory.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days.  Express orders placed by 12noon AEST are sent same day. 

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Can't go wrong

Good general-purpose dish brush. The bristles are not too stiff nor too soft. The brush easily works dish washing liquid to a good lather. For tougher jobs a firmer brush would be needed but for all other jobs this brush is great.

Works well but could be more sturdy.

This brush seems to be more efficient at cleaning and scrubbing than a dish cloth. Have lasted ages, though the metal components have come loose over time with the shrink-swell of the wood.

Head great handle not perfect

I love the brush heads to this product and the way the handle clips is great. Unfortunately as the wood gets wet the metal ring is pushed off by the swelling wood. The brush head has outlasted the actual handle unfortunately which I don't think is meant to be the idea.

Disappointed

Even though I kept it dry in between dishes the handle became so swollen that the metal cap holding the brush head on would no longer fit over the top of the handle. This occurred by the time I was ready to attach my second head. Very disappointed - will now have to look for a different brush
