I guess it's making my yoghurt healthier?

This one's a bit difficult to review, since if you've used it properly in yoghurt you can't even tell it's there! It's good to know that there are (hopefully) some extra healthy cultures in my yoghurt though. You just need to be careful to only use a tiny amount, and you definitely need more of the yoghurt culture than the probiotic culture otherwise the yoghurt doesn't set properly and ends up kind of like slime.
