We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days.  Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day.  Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day.  Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Coconut Magic 25ml pure organic virgin raw coconut oil

I use this as a balm when at home and I use the Organic Naked lip balm when I travel or going to work. It's pure and natural. I feel comfortable that knowing I am using natural products to my skin.

Handy pot!

The best bit about this coconut oil is the handy handbag sized little pot. This coconut oil is great quality and can be rubbed into all sorts of dry bits of skin. However as far as lip balm goes, it doesn't really keep my lips moisturised as well as some other brands do. It would also be a good sized pot of coconut oil to take away camping for the weekend.

Love

I love this, and use it to remove makeup. I found using cottn balls better than makeup pads with this product as it glides on smoother. I love the fact that when it's finished I can buy organic coconut oil from Aldi's and re-use the bottle.
