We are proud of being palm oil free at Biome - no trace of palm oil, which unfortunately you will find in most natural, vegan, and even cruelty free products.

While the contents of our box are always a surprise, you will receive some of our very favourite skin care, zero waste, cleaning, plastic free, and lifestyle products.  What an awesome way to be introduced to all the wonderful palm oil free choices that exist.

Each box will contain at least $70 value of products and will always be 100% free from palm oil for your peace of mind. 

The 4 box subscription costs a little more than 4 individual boxes because it also includes 4 lots of shipping (or Handling for click & collects).

Add only this 4 box subscription to your cart.  Please place a separate order for any other products you would like now. If other products are added, we will contact you to pay shipping for those items. 

For the subscription service, we can not accommodate any Special Delivery instructions, nor Authority to Leave.  

All four boxes will be sent by eParcel to the shipping address used on your first order.  Should you need to change the delivery address during the year, please email customer service on shop@biome.com.au

Your Biome Box subscription will start with the Autumn March 2021 release. 

You can choose to purchase a one off box, or buy a year subscription to four boxes including standard shipping  (express and international shipping are not available).  

4 boxes over 12 months subscription

Boxes are sent around the 7th of the month.

If you choose the four box 12 month subscription, we ship by the seasons so the four boxes will be sent to you in:

  • June for Winter
  • September for Spring
  • December for Summer
  • March for Autumn

How to collect in store

If you prefer to pick up in store, please select Click & Collect at checkout  We will call you as soon as your box is ready to collect in store.  If you order this 4 box subscription, every box will be sent to your selected store for pick up.  

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days.  Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day.  Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day.  Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Good Start

We purchased this subscription in 2020. It was a great addition to the year. It was worth it in the sense that you received things and learned about them. I wouldn't use everything we got BUT I didn't mind as I could gift them. I would definitely subscribe again or even give a subscription to someone who wants to be introduced to different eco products.

Fun and useful

I look forward to receiving my subscription box every season. It's always packed with an excellent range of goodies and I've found some of my now favourite products within it. I nice gift for a friend but I like to treat myself.

I love these boxes, I keep some things for myself and use the rest as gifts (which are always loved). I have just signed up for my third subscription!

A good selection of products

The first box I received was the winter box. It included mostly full sized products including a Dindi lip balm that I now use all the time, a body polishing soap by Ethique which again I enjoyed, a sample of a clay face mask (enough for one mask), soap berries laundry sticks (which are ok, but not great on my sons muddy stains), and a biome lip gloss which has been good to try. Not heaps of things, but really fun to get and I got to try things that I would now have purchased otherwise. Looking forward to my next one :)

December 2019 Annual subscription

I LOVE these boxes! There's always at least 1 item I definitely wouldn't have bought but instantly warm to - this box was a calendar, physical ones I haven't used for years & the days/boxes on this were too small to really write anything but the beautiful birds of Australia illustrations are so beautiful I plan to frame a few.
