• Make Your Own Revitalising Peppermint Foot Soak

    Biome Naked Beauty Bar - Revitalising peppermint foot soak with magnesium salts cooling peppermint - DIY Skin Care

    This revitalising foot soak, with mineral rich magnesium salts, nourishing castor oil, energising green tea and revitalising peppermint oil will revive tired sore, achy feet. In fact, it will do such a good job at pepping you up, we recommend you avoid doing it just before bed!  Both Tasmanian sea salt and Murray River salt flakes retain the naturally occurring minerals and trace-elements, such as magnesium and calcium.



    1. Add all the dry ingredients together into a glass bowl and mix until just combined.
    2. Add the castor and essential oils and stir until your mixture is lightly coated.
    3. Store in your glass jar ready for use.

    How to Use

    Prep your foot spa or a shallow container with warm water. Keep a towel on hand. Massage a small handful of the mixture into damp feet applying extra pressure to hardened areas, such as the heels. Massage for at least 5 minutes. Add some extra mixture to your water, lower your feet, and leave them to soak for another 10 minutes. Remove your feet and dry well before standing. Follow with a natural moisturiser if desired.

    Note: the castor oil will likely leave your feet quite slippery when you remove them from the water. Dry well and take care when standing up.

    This recipe makes enough to approximately fill 2 x 240ml mason jars.

    Keep out of direct sunlight. Use within 3 months.
