    Infused water is a great way to stay hydrated in summer. It tastes great, and is a great alternative to sugary, carbonated drinks.

    You can use a regular water jug, individual glasses or why not try a BBBYO tea flask like the one we’ve used in the video. Simply add the water, the ingredients you wish to infuse it with and let it sit for several hours. Add ice if desired too.

    Grapefruit and Rosemary

    The combination of grapefruit and rosemary will help detoxify the liver and will also give you a boost of Vitamin C.

    Orange and Blueberry

    Beautifully refreshing, this contains a combination of toxin flushing citrus and an antioxidant boost from the blueberries.
