Title : Worked better with a douse of vinegar
Comment : On its own it worked well as a scented toilet freshener but didn't particularly improve the state of the toilet. I doused the toilet with some white vinegar, dropped a bomb in, and found it fizzed and worked better. As mentioned in other comments, you still need a scrub brush, so on its own I would consider this an emergency pre-visitor saviour.
