Mt Retour

In 2003, Mt Retour founder Pisan Chowvalit travelled to the South of France in an effort to learn more about aromatherapy. He had been struggling to find products that were suitable for sensitive skin, and was interested to learn about aromatherapy without the need for any harsh chemicals.

Upon returning to Australia, Pisan bought an organic farm in the Blue Mountains. Here he began to cultivate herbs and other plants for use in essential oils, skincare and haircare products.

Come 2009, Mt Retour launched a range of 22 certified organic essential oils, approved by both the ACO and OFC. Now, Mt Retour products are exported to over 15 countries and are known as a leading brand in the organic skincare and essential oil sphere.
