care instructions:

  • We do not recommend you put your Nathan bottle in a dishwasher or freezer.
  • The bottles are not insulated, so will quickly conduct heat through their steel walls. Therefore, we do not recommend using the bottles for hot liquids for safety reasons.
  • Be sure to wait a couple of seconds after drinking before closing the Flip Straw. This lets any water in the straw drain back to the bottle, ensuring no leakage.
