care instructions:

We do not recommend you put your Nathan bottle in a dishwasher or freezer.
The bottles are not insulated, so will quickly conduct heat through their steel walls. Therefore, we do not recommend using the bottles for hot liquids for safety reasons.
Be sure to wait a couple of seconds after drinking before closing the Flip Straw. This lets any water in the straw drain back to the bottle, ensuring no leakage.
