An effective pulmonary vapour rub to be massaged into the chest and back for temporary relief from the symptoms of chest colds, coughs, flu, bronchitis, catarrh and hayfever.

Natural alternative to rubbing petroleum onto your skin. Suitable for children.

Tinderbox's breathe easy chest rub is also useful with a hot compress. Ointments (sometimes called salves or unguents), are solid herbal preparations that are designed to stick around on the skin for longer than creams and be absorbed more quickly. Tinderbox ointments are made with high quality oils and pure beeswax.

Ingredients:
Cold-pressed almond oil, beeswax with essential oils of: lemon, camphor, pine, eucalyptus, thyme, peppermint, sage, lavender, fennel, rosemary, cedarwood and benzoin.

65ml in a glass jar with screw lid.

At the first sign of a cold I rub this on my four year old son's chest and it stops all the mucus staying on his chest and prevents him from developing an asthma attack. I have been using this product for over a year and my son has not had an asthma attack during winter so far (which was previously common). I also rub this on the soles of my feet and put socks on before going to bed and my cold disappears very quickly.
