In the past 20 years childhood allergies and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder have increased by 400%, 1 in 4 children have asthma, breast cancer has more than doubled since the 1960s, the age of puberty is dramatically declining, sperm count has dropped by 50% and IVF is where you go to have children.

Could these conditions be linked to our homes?

  • Which chemicals to avoid if you have sensitive skin.
  • Where the allergens are in your home.
  • Which plastics to avoid in the kitchen.
  • How to reduce your exposure to electromagnetic fields.
  • Why most countries DON'T fluoridate their water supply.

  • Buying an asthma friendly vacuum cleaner.

Title : Healthy Home Healthy Family
Comment : I would highly recommend this book as it is packed with useful and practical information. I recently read it cover to cover as we are in the process of building a new home, and there is lots of very useful advice, particularly if you are buying, renovating or building, but also for everyday living. It is definitely a go to book for creating the healthiest home possible. Well worth buying.
