Title : Very stiff bristles
Comment : Yes, very stiff bristles and they do cut into the skin or outer layer of your veggies. It is intended as an alternative to peeling, but it's a bit rough on jacket potatoes. I also find it good for cleaning baked on surfaces of enamel pans. It gets into the corners.
