Nadine Abensur was bron in Morcco to French-Jewish parents. She draws on a rich culinary heritage to create delicious recipes with flavours broadly influenced by the Middle East and Mediterranaen. She worked in restaurants around the world before setting up her own vegetarian catering company, Culinary Arts. For five years, she was the Food Director of the UK vegetarian restaurant group, Cranks. Nadine now divides her time between London and Australia, where she runs cookery courses and a small catering business. She owns an art piece gallery near Byron Bay, another string to her creative bow.
