Register with Do Not Mail & Do Not Call…today!

Our fourth post in a series on reducing unnecessary mail. We’ve all heard about this many times – and done it, right? If not, now’s your time!
Register for the Do Not Mail service
This is a quick online registration to ensure Australian Direct Marketing Association member companies will respect your request to receive less addressed direct mail. It won’t stop mail from companies of which you are already a member, or companies that are not a member of this association. However, for a couple of minutes of your time it can’t hurt. www.adma.com.au/consumer-help/do-not-mail
Register with Do Not Call
Not strictly cutting down on unnecessary mail, but it does include cutting down on fax paper! Once your numbers are listed on the register, telemarketers and fax marketers must not contact you. While charities, research companies, political parties and educational institutions are still allowed to contact you, it will cut down the volume! www.donotcall.gov.au
Have you done it now? We’d love to hear from you in the Comments …

I would love to reduce my junk mail and I didn’t even realize there was a way to do that! Have signed up, thanks Biome!
